Operation plans and operation plans in concept format are considered transportation feasible when the capability to move forces, equipment, and supplies exists from the point of origin to the final destination according to the plan. The Commander, United States Transportation Command will assess the strategic leg of the time-phased force and deployment data for transportation feasibility, indicating to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and supported combatant commander that movements arrive at the port of debarkation consistent with the supported combatant commander?s assessment of JRSOI and theater distribution. d.
