There are three barrel lengths offered: 27.2" with 6/12" rifling/twist, 27.2" with 6/10 rifling/twist and 23.6" with 6/10 rifling/twist. All are fluted and of lightweight construction with the suppressor made optional (the muzzle brake is standard). There are also various options available to the PGM 338 including a wooden grip, a height-adjustable recoil pad and hard or soft transport case / bag.
The PGM 338 is currently in service with the special forces of Armenia, Israel, Singapore and Slovenia. The Chilean Army is another notable operator.
